There is one pool at the Shoal Bay Villas. Lounging at the hotel's only pool probably isn't your first choice as far as afternoon activities, but it's an easy enough way to relax and re-energize before sunset.

The hotel doesn't have a tennis court, so if your heart is set on playing tennis in Anguilla, another property might suit you better.

Golf

While there isn't a golf course at the Shoal Bay Villas, the hotel staff may be able to assist you in scheduling a tee time elsewhere. The closest golf course is Temenos Golf Course, which is eight and a half miles south west of the hotel. There are 18 total holes at this hotel course.

Watersports

You won't find hotel-sponsored watersports here, but locals often give the best advice on where to find equipment suppliers who specialize in water activities.

Family Activities

Although families are certainly welcome at the Shoal Bay Villas, keep in mind that the hotel doesn't offer very many amenities for kids. To find family-oriented hotels, check out accommodations which are top-rated for family vacations.

During your stay, you might want to spend a few hours away from the kids. Guests can make arrangements for a babysitter, so parents will have a chance to experience a romantic dinner, or a show.

Entertainment and Nightlife

If you want easy access to colorful nightlife and unlimited live shows, this property should not be your first choice. The hotel doesn't tend to host many after-dark activities.

Alcoholic beverages are available at the hotel bar, but other nightlife options on-site are very limited.

Other Recreation

There is no lack of interesting things to see and do in Anguilla, so you don't have to feel limited to the recreational options this hotel provides. From a simple morning relaxing at a nearby beach, to a few hours learning about the area's history, this beautiful area offers unlimited options.
